Wausau, Wisconsin Couples & Engagement Photographer Serving Madison, Milwaukee, Minocqua, and Beyond!

When couple’s reach out for an engagement session I love chatting with them about what they envision and what they want to capture about their relationship! No two couples I photograph are alike, they each have their own vibe and their own energy with each other. They each have different things they want to capture.

This couple wanted to capture their love on their family land. I have some great spots I’ve scouted and use for sessions but I am always up for a road trip to make a session happen in a place that is meaningful for you!

Their land was so beautiful! We had open fields, beautiful fall leaves from the forest, we had a cabin tucked in the woods, marshy grass with water. And they were up for an adventure of venturing around it all! I was in photographer heaven! (I’ll share in another blog post the fun we had after dark!…or watch the video at the end of the blog to see!)

She brought a beautiful dress of her own and halfway through we did an outfit change into one of my client closet dresses for a pop of color and beautiful flow! It was a great mix and lots of fun!

They talked and laughed, ran through the fields, snuggled up in the grass and had an amazing session that captured their love, joy, and connection!
