This family was one of the first to try out a new location that quickly became a favorite! It is a quiet remote spot that has both beautiful trees and an amazing little creek running through it! It is perfect for couples, families, seniors, truly I love bringing so many sessions out here!

This mama and I worked together to coordinate everyone perfectly. It started with her choosing this amazing yellow dress from my client closet (a client favorite for sure!). I even had the cutest little silk jumper for her little girl to wear also! We finished with coordinating dad and big brother. We definitely made what to wear for family photos super easy and fun!

You wouldn’t know that the kids weren’t in the mood for photos. When we first got their the kids wanted to run and play. But luckily my family photo sessions aren’t about standing still! So they still got to run and play and I still captured beautiful portraits and family memories!

I always want to capture mom and dad alone to celebrate their love story. Grandma and grandpa had come along for a helping hand, so the kids headed out with them so we could take our time and not worry about the water nearby. It was so much fun having a bit of a couple’s session with them; we laughed and captured all their love, joy, and passion!
