Fall Family Photos at Granite Peak | Rib Mountain Wisconsin

There is no doubt one of the beautiful things about Wisconsin is our fall season! The bright yellows, red, and oranges put on a show for us each year. It is one of the most popular times to schedule family photos and engagement photos.

This Wausau family reached out for a family photo session, wanting to capture those beautiful fall colors. We had the most beautiful backdrop for our session. Acres of trees full of yellow and gold leaves illuminated by a warm sunny day.

Anytime I photograph families it’s always so important to me to capture all the connections. I love getting the family all together. But I also love to capture mom and her babies, dad playing with kids. I love to capture siblings together, and individual portraits of the kids. Then I always make sure we grab some of just mom and dad for couple’s photos. They may have not had photos of just the two of them since their engagement photos. So I love to capture that love and connection still as strong as ever!
